About Carol Garcia

Carol has been with Dynamics Consultants since June 2022, working as a Business Solutions Consultant. Her role is to help clients to implement and upgrade to Microsoft Business Central. Before that, she worked for another Microsoft Gold Partner, acquiring skills in the support department. She also has over 15 years of experience working in hospitality. Her background allows her to quickly identify needs and propose solutions to enhance our client’s performance.

Carol's Skills

From a young age, Carol had developed an interest in what makes some businesses succeed and others fail. This interest led her to an honour’s degree in Business Management, and a master’s degree with distinction in International Business Management. Over the past ten years, she has been actively involved in opening different hotels, where she was able to develop extensive knowledge of system implementations, business processes, team development and operations.

Outside of the Office

In her spare time, Carol enjoys family gatherings on weekends, and spending time with her pets, Chico the cat, and Dot & Stripe the turtles. She likes nature and watching TV shows that show savannas, forests, and exotic animals. She also enjoys travelling and looking after her plants, as it makes her feel a bit closer to nature.
