This reward scheme is to give our employees recognition for their great work, going above and beyond whilst displaying our core values: Fair, Excellence, Cooperation. Congratulations to Emily White, with her amazing work she has been the definition of excellence, earning the JEDI award!
Emily was originally a junior developer, but when the senior web developer left, she stepped up and took over his responsibilities. JEDI stands for “Just Effin Do It”, and she certainly did.
Emily has learnt so much and has progressed far quicker than we would expect for a junior developer. There are a lot of responsibilities being a web developer including, upgrading & supporting both customers and our own website, as well as developing and supporting solutions such as portals and plugins for our customers.
Dynamics Consultants encourages and rewards staff who work hard and perform well. We have a proven history of training juniors and apprentices, from training courses to real world experience. With our mentoring programme, we are able to understand the goals of individuals and work them into the strategy of the company.
