What is the PSA Suite? Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (formerly Dynamics CRM), the PSA suite is a solution for the SMB market. Professional Services Automation (PSA) software are designed for businesses that sell project work, ie charging for billable work.
Whilst Microsoft have a solution for the Enterprise end of the market, PSA Suite fulfils the requirement for PSA software for SMBs, offering a wide range of capabilities:
