I am sure you will not have forgotten the snow earlier this year; in fact, we wrote a blog about working through it! It's fair to say that it took us a little by surprise, which is why the ambulance service put a call out to owners of 4x4s to help their staff get to work and keep everything running. My wife was one of the NHS staff that was rescued!

We were also really interested to see that they use Microsoft Forms, part of the Office 365 Business apps suite. We have started using Forms internally for things such as staff feedback and booking onto social events, as well as for customer feedback on our training courses. It was fantastic to see Forms being utilised by such a big organisation in this way.
