In our quarterly teaming in May, we introduced a brand-new reward scheme, called JEDI (Just Effin’ Do it), where everyone in the company is encouraged to nominate someone who has been outstanding and has gone beyond expectations whilst displaying our cores values:
Fair - do what is right
Excellence - strive to be the best
Cooperation - Helping & Supporting as a Team
Our core values have been a key part of what makes Dynamics Consultants and it is important to us to keep these values as we grow. These are very important to us to ensure we can deliver the best customer service possible and produce high quality work.
WINNER: TOM HARPER
Congratulations Tom Harper on a well-deserved JEDI award!
With an exemplary performance of our Core Values, Tom Harper is the first to be awarded with a JEDI. He’s been working out of office hours, the weekends and even in the holidays to help customers and supply excellent customers service. We view holidays as a very important part of work life, and we don’t expect staff to work during them as we all need time to relax and clear our minds. However Tom knew that one of our customers needed help on something he’s highly experienced with. So, whilst on the road, he whipped out his laptop and got stuck in.
This is not the only time Tommy has shone, as he is also a star in our success stories. He joined us as a Junior Developer in a Level 3 IT & Telecommunication apprenticeship. With his excellent customer skills he then joined the support team and has since grown to become our testing manager, managing areas of our internal system and is part of our installations team.
When Tommy isn’t working at home, he likes nothing more than going to the gym or ventures downhill mountain bike courses. We even get to watch his crashes from his helmet camera!
