What is the Great Run Solo?

Paul normally takes part in the Great South Run, but because of the restrictions it couldnt go ahead this year. As such, Great Run organised a number of solo challenges, including the November accumulator. This event saw people running regularly to achieve certain milestones - of course Paul went for the biggest target of 125 miles! This has meant running over 6 miles on most days, finishing today with nearly 8.5 mile run - before most of us had gotten out of bed! In fact the marketing team here at DC are particularly impressed because during lockdown the only running we did was to greet the takeaway delivery driver...
