Part of what makes Dynamics Consultants work as a business is how our team works together. Even as the company has grown to around double the number of staff in just over 4 years, it has been important to uphold our company values:

Because of our business dynamic, we are fantastic with delivering on these - part of that dynamic is the social aspect of the company. We have good relationships between the staff, and we encourage that with team socials. Every couple of months, two of our team will organise an event - the only rule is that everyone is invited!
Paint a Pot Party
This month, Tom and Robin organised a paint a pot party! This involved bringing in a number of different pottery items, paints and painting tools, and letting the team loose on with their own artistic styles! Once finished the pottery was taken away to be glazed, and we were amazed by how artistic many of our staff are!
Any followers of our social media will know, food and drink is very popular in our business, so some of us went to the local TGi for dinner afterward!
