Dynamics Center is an add-on that includes a range of different functionalities designed to support your day-to-day use of Dynamics 365 and make it more efficient and user-friendly.
Dynamics Cues enhances standard cue functionality within Dynamics 365 by allowing you to create your own custom cues with no code.
Dynamics Cues allows users to create meaningful visual dashboards within their role centre. These cues highlight key metrics relevant to users’ roles, such as overdue invoices or sales this month, enabling quicker action without relying on separate reports.
By surfacing real-time indicators directly within dashboards, Dynamics Cues reduces the risk of overlooked data. Finance teams can monitor cash flow indicators while operational managers track exceptions and approvals.

Dimensions within Business Central allow organisations to categorise transactions in detail by categorising transactions using dimensions and dimension value codes. This allows in-depth reporting across the business, allowing FDs to “slice” information and drill down into detail.

It is also worth noting that customers with all-in support contracts are entitled to Dynamics Center and Dynamics Cues free of charge.
