People who follow our social media will know that the people of Dynamics Consultants are into their food! Who isn't?! That is why we hold an annual barbecue for our staff.
Its a fantastic way for our staff to socialize and enjoy the summer - considering the weather this week we were very lucky!
Of course with a barbecue there is always the food, of which we had plenty!
With the company growing so quickly, we have a lot of new staff. The team socials, such as the summer barbecue, are a fantastic opportunity for old and new staff to mingle and to get to know one another.
We like to think that we are the people that provide faces to the software here at DC - with the online world, knowing that there are human beings behind it all, making it happen and supporting you, is so important. This is why we so often have partners and family at our events - the DC family encompasses a lot of people! Here we can see Nikki playing badminton with her son. We won't show you a picture of how aggressively competitive their opponents looked on the other side of the net - you know who you are!!!
At the end of the day, its important to get your just deserts... like this beautiful trifle that Tom made!
And when the sun goes down, we all huddle around the camp fire!
Could you be a part of the family?
Could you be a part of the Dynamics Consultants clan?! As well as fun socials, we have a fantastic environment, flexible working, mentoring scheme, training and so much more!
Have a look at our vacancies to see who we are looking for; or if you think you have something to offer, please submit your CV.
