About Tom Harper
Tommy, pronounced Tommeh in his homeland, moved from Blackpool to join the team at Dynamics Consultants in January 2014. After spending 5 months working on Development, he moved to the Support Desk where he has learned how different customers use the systems, as well as how all of the modules of the software integrate data.
Tommy's Skills
As well as providing a fantastic level of support on customer Dynamics Systems, Tommy performs a wide range of tasks. Skilled in installing Dynamics NAV on customer servers or on Azure cloud hosting, as well as applying cumulative updates and escalating issues to Microsoft, Tommy also works with customers on training such as on Bank Reconciliation. He is also our support guru on Document Capture, workflows, Data Exchange and among other things, permissions and configuration. Finally, he's the testing team leader, managing the company's testing workload.
Outside of the Office
In his spare time, Tommy likes nothing more than spending the evening at the gym, which is handy as we have one so close to the office! He is extremely active, playing in two 5-a-side football teams.
Tommy is also a budding downhill mountain biker, and we very much enjoy watching his helmet cam recording of his crashes!
