About Teresa Parker
Before joining Dynamics Consultants, Teresa worked in HSBC's IT department, supporting the financial services and investment management divisions. In her 14 years with the bank, Teresa worked as an IT tester, trainer, business analyst and project manager. Teresa also previously worked at Price Waterhouse, handling accounts and payroll.
Teresa was previously our office manager and knows the business inside out. As the business has grown, she has grown to being head of the department and taken on the HR Manager role, responsible for taking on new staff and the ongoing development through our training and mentoring schemes.
Teresa's Skills
She has 13 years' experience in office management, which included liaising with clients, purchasing, sales, processing tax returns and day-to-day office procedures and support. Experienced with managing staff, including employment laws, Teresa manages a number of schemes to help staff grow through their careers.
Outside of the Office
Teresa is a keen sportsperson, having been a member of 3 different netball teams. Recently, she has hung up her trainers and has taken up a supporting role supporting her daughter who is a highly competitive swimmer.
She also drinks a lot of wine.
