DC350 Configuring Business Central for Departments and End Users

Introduction

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central allows the end user control over what data is presented to them on each page. Users will often make minor amendments to the fields and data that they see to assist them in their day to day work.

However, it is often an overlooked part of an implementation project to give each department the right starting point. This course will walk through the various areas of customisation with the Business Central Windows Client and explain how to amend and create new profiles for departments.

Pre-requisites

This course is suited to people with at least a basic knowledge of the Business Central interface. No specific knowledge of the functional areas is required.
