Tom, otherwise known as Dexter, has an extensive background in customer support, with previous experience as first line support for an internet firm. Although he is fairly new to Business central, he has quickly picked up how to match customer needs to solutions in ERP.

Working with IT, web and retail, Tom has a wide range of experience of different industries. Now learning Business Central, his strong customer support skills are making him a valuable part of the support team.

Out of the Office

Out of the office, like most young men, Tom is a big fan of gaming and is partial to a beer! When he is not getting immersed in Age of Empires, he likes to spend time with family and to travel to Somerset to spend time with his girlfriend.
