Why Businesses Should Consider Apprentices

Why Businesses Should Consider Apprentices

A problem many university students face is that they have years of qualifications and debt, but with very little experience in the work place. Likewise, companies very often struggle to find people with industry experience but cannot afford a graduate salary for someone that they need to train.

Apprenticeships allow companies to train people to suit their exact business requirements at a fraction of the cost. With government grants available to smaller businesses for up to 5 apprentices, this allows businesses to have highly skilled staff and even base their business processes around them.

Our Apprentices

Dynamics Consultants relies on quality Apprentices to help lighten the load without trying to tap an already dried up pool of talent. With some of the best developers and consultants in the industry working for us already we are training new staff to achieve our high standards of quality. From admin staff to web developers and NAV consultants, we are constantly looking for bright young minds to join our team.

We run a wide range of training courses for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SharePoint and Office 365 which receive on average 4.5 star rating. We often put our own apprentices on these and Microsoft run courses so that they are fully trained and gain a lot of knowledge about the products that we use and sell.
